We are looking for Customer Service representative to Join our amazing growing company.
- ZIM LOGISTICS VIETNAM (ZLV) is a subsidiary for ZIM Line. ZLV performs full local services including Sea-freight, Air-freight, customs declaration, export and import licenses, logistics consultancy service, project cargo, cross-border trucking, warehousing and E-Commerce custom brokerage and fulfillment logistics.
- To cope with our expansion, we are now looking for qualified, highly motivated, and experienced talents with a positive mindset to join our family!

* Main responsibilities:
- Work on demand of sales
- Tender/searching vendors & maintain good service rate
- Connect & build/design service product solution as Customer’s demand
- Booking space with carriers, then follow-up booking until cargo arrived destination.
- Send booking confirmation to customer and flight schedule to Customer/Overseas.
- Send Pre-alert to Overseas/Customer.
- Tracking and tracing cargo and keep Customers / Overseas updated if any changes in the initial flight Schedule.
- Settle claims about cargo delay, loss, missing, damage … from customers or related parties
- Make claims about cargo delay, loss, missing, damage … to carriers and other concerned parties
- Issue invoice and reserve cost for shipment.
