As an Assistant to CEO, you will be working closely with the Managing Director and be involved in the daily operations of the company as well as ad-hoc projects:

1. Act as the focal point of contact and coordination for assigned projects. The projects will be companywide as well as within departments and cover diverse aspects of the business;
2. Manage diary, schedule meetings, arrange appointments, organize agendas and action points for all Managing Director’s meetings;
3. Participate in management meetings, assist in taking minutes, follow up on actions and make sure all tasks/projects are done on time;
4. Understand the company's strategy for each period, each project to support and collaborate with the Managing Director in strategizing, provide insightful ideas to develop plans to achieve objectives;
5. Monitor the company's matters including operational, production, business, and human resource matters to timely propose suitable solutions and collaborate with the Managing Director to promptly address ongoing matters;
6. Capable of acting on behalf of the Managing Director to coordinate meetings, implement, and resolve necessary issues related to company-wide tasks and projects;
7. Collaborate effectively with all employees, customers, and suppliers;
8. Handle requests and queries of the management appropriately;
9. Produce reports, presentations and briefs;
10. Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. University degree, preferable with relevant majors (Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.);
2. 3+ years of working experience in corporate environment;
3. Excellent communication skill, good command of English;
4. Comprehensive business or accounting/finance knowledge;
5. Attention to detail, good critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
6. Strong time management, ability to multi-task;
7. Willingness to travel to different branches of the company
