1. Planning & Operations management
• Source, negotiate and purchase materials from oversea suppliers. • Manage the overall process for import license and custom clearance. • Develop the most cost and quality effective suppliers and initiate business partnerships. • Responsible for ensuring all documentation are in compliance with guidelines and regulations. • Coordinate with key stakeholders on demand and supply plan for various sales channels. Review and evaluate sales data to validate and refine forecast models. • Support team members on STO/R-STO, SO/R-SO processing. Handle shortage/damaged goods if any. • Manage and implement a good system for tracking all inbound/outbound/transfer transactions to ensure inventory accuracy. Control stock level and manage aging inventories. • Follow up local PO status, delivery schedule and allocation plan. Create PO and invoice to manage inventory. • Support on proceeding FOC orders. • Manage logistics cost on daily and monthly basis. Check the monthly billing and report for payment. ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS (VIETNAM) LTD. • Act as one of the primary day-to-day business liaison between company and suppliers (Forwarder, transportation) to ensure on time delivery. Focus on meeting consumer demand and minimizing the costs of storing and transporting goods. • Lead the continuous improvement of logistics processes and projects. • Prepare monthly report for logistics related issue. Assure closing time monthly.
2. Financial management: • Logistics cost: Warehousing, Transportation, Loss & Disposal • Cost of goods sold • Focus on working capital improvements
3. Non-financial management: • Inventory levels: Stock coverage level, Slow-moving, SKU, Order Response Rate • Order lead time • Warehouse and other service levels: Capacity utilization • Process improvement • Collaboration and talent development

1. Qualification and experience: • Degree holder of Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management, Economics or relevant disciplines. • At least 3 years of experiences in supply chain and logistic, preferably FMCG industry. • Sound understanding of customs clearance, air/sea freight forwarding. • Familiar with order-to-cash process in retail and e-Commerce industry. • In depth knowledge of inventory management
2. Personal skills and attributes: • Strong computer skills, strong in excel and numeric. Good communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision making. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management.
