MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and lead the team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supervise the operations of team leaders/staff to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures, and address any issues or discrepancies when needed in the project.
  • Plan and coordinate all daily, weekly, and scheduled activities for the entire Operations team. Analyze processes and results based on the business requirements of the company and customer demands.
  • Responsible for reporting operational performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Continuously update and report actions/solutions/results for each service metric to the management team in a timely manner.
  • Participate in strategic planning and setting project goals according to the partner's KPI standards and provide detailed reports to management.
  • Handle tasks assigned by management.

AUTHORITY

  • Access to system applications and tools necessary for the work of the telephonist.
  • Authorized to access system accounts.
  • Able to communicate directly with partners about operational work.
  • Can propose operational requirements or adjustments to management during the course of operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Take full responsibility for the work assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct sales or telesales.
  • Experience in a Supervisor or similar role.
  • Preference for Northern Vietnamese accent.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales operations, processes, and controls, and/or Call Center operations.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven leadership with a winning mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Open to learning and development.
