ABOUT THE JOB:

Parcel Perform is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and motivated Business Analyst to drive continuous improvement across our product processes, features, and operations at Parcel Perform. You will have a direct impact on the success of the company, and your work will help grow our platform that allows our users to provide the best e- commerce delivery experience for their customers from around the globe.
WHAT YOU&039;LL DO:

Provide close support for a particular Squad through a certain period, or provide flexible resources for high- priority initiatives across the Tribe.
Own and maintain key product master documents through working with various contributors to ensure that the information is kept up- to- date while enforcing format and structure standards.
Support development of product requirements for selected development epics; utilising research, investigation, validation of concepts and other tools to ensure requirements align with overall product and business goals.
Drive ad- hoc customer requests for a select number of topics, from solution and effort estimates, to facilitating timely communication with customer- facing teams, to working closely with Product to solution complex requests.
Support the epic development process, coordinating closely with the squad and squad leads to ensure epic requirements are developed, tested, deployed and clearly communicated to customer- facing teams.
Ensure clear monitoring and regular reporting of topics, utilising various communication aspects like documentation, slides, visuals, and more.

WHO YOU ARE:

Able to use investigative prowess, data analysis, and domain understanding to generate proper solutions for customers
Adaptability and flexibility to work with rapidly- changing requirements and prioritization, and managing multiple ongoing projects at once.
Quick, proactive, and effective communication and action.
A background in the e- commerce logistics, supply chain, or logistics transportation domain will be an advantage.
Process management experience, with a track record of coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business functions to execute complex projects.
Excellent critical thinking, organizational and communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
At least 2 years of working in relevant positions in technology and software development companies.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Vietnamese is required.
