RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In Charge of reaching out to different companies, and corporate to establish new relationships for fundraising

• Create new and also maintain existing relationships with different companies and corporate and make those more engaged

• Constantly study the ongoing programs and develop portfolios and any other related materials

• Manage, update and maintain a CRM.

• Work Closely with the CEO and Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish strong connection (online and offline) with HR leaders, HRD and CEO

• Do research to understand the key company’s HR Problems

• Use LinkedIn to develop connection and create outbound and inbound leads.

• Approach HR Leaders to schedule meeting to discuss their HR Objectives

• Invite different HR Leaders and CEO to Flywheel show podcast

• Run through the sales cycles by using CRM.
