· Assigning job and managing daily tasks to storeman and loading team
· Completes requisition forms to order additional equipment and supplies.
· Input data of warehouse (both RM and FG) into ERP and Warehouse system (daily)
· Manage all warehouse document include: collecting, input data, arranging & filling following ISO procedure
· Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock-takes and audit to verify results.
· Maintain cleaning of warehouse and surrounding area.
· Following & Posting materials, Receive PO, Packing lists for customer and/or subcontractors in ERP sytem
· Making daily planning for loading and manage loading team with safety and efficiency as priority.
· Training and monitoring subordinates according to procedural and policies of company and safe working practices.
· Continuously monitoring the performance and activities of the warehouse/ loading team through the economies of large scale with a primary focus on cost control. Assisting Warehouse & Loading Manager in general, administrative issues.
