PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• To assist and support the HR Manager in ensuring all components of remuneration program are delivered accurately, timely, and in a cost effective manner.
• To ensure all employee data and filings are kept up-to-date, in line with legal requirements and internal company procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

C&B (Compensation & Benefits):

• Manage the whole payroll processes including payroll calculation, PIT, SHUI and other C&B campaigns and projects (Salary wage & scale; HR Dashboard, Salary benchmarking etc.)
• Manage benefits for employees including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the Company

Employee Data Management:

• Manage all employees’ labor contracts
• Manage employees’ personnel data system and filling
• Follow up monthly and yearly annual leaves of each employee
• Reporting

Other tasks as assigned by the HRM:

• Employee relationship management
• HR activities & HR projects
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
