Cosmos366 is a Global Business Services company. We take pride in being able to provide a range of services from software development, multilingual contact center (inbound and outbound), integrated marketing, KYC processing - client onboarding and translation services.
We are an ambitious, multinational company and we are growing fast! Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, our dynamic team is comprised of professionals across a wide range of disciplines, working in over 10 different languages and supporting clients in over 12 different countries!
We are currently looking for a few passionate and experienced Business Development Executives with multilingual abilities - English and Vietnamese, to join our high performing Sales Team. The successful candidates will work in a fast-paced call-center environment to introduce, develop and maintain new and existing partner networks, both offline and online, network all avenues to promote the brand, its products and services, build and maintain strong working relationships, as well as work with partners to optimize strategic presence by developing, implementing and executing tailor made business plans and marketing strategies.
You need to have knowledge of sales conversion, sales retention, and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

You will play an important role in
- Calling potential clients and converting them into active clients.
- Building and developing a potential client database.
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating a sales pipeline strategy to reach new introducing partners.
- Building, developing, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
- Educating clients in understanding the concept of online trading.
- Guiding prospective clients through the account opening process.
- Providing Sales Managers with timely updates regarding prospect pipeline.
- Providing appropriate sales & marketing communication and literature to partners and potential customers.
- Performing other duties which commensurate with this position.

- Similar experience in online trading or a retail financial environment are preferred.
- Knowledge of sales conversion, sales retention, and customer service best practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written as the role requires dealing with English and Vietnamese speaking clients.
- Flexible and adaptive to changes, quick to learn, and proactive.
