1.Recruitment Support:

• Post job openings on Adjob, LinkedIn, Facebook, and various Agency/Marketing community groups.
• Screen and shortlist incoming CVs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding procedures to welcome new joiners.

2.Training Support: Collaborate with the Admin team to organize internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.

3.Internal Engagement: Brainstorm and execute internal activities and company events.

4.Other Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks as guided by the Direct Manager.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Multimedia Communications, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills; confident in public speaking and phone etiquette.
• Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, and a fast learner.
• Bonus Point: Familiarity with AI tools is a big plus.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with prior internship/work experience in Administrative/HR roles.
