Job Description

Directly work and resolve issues with clients.
Build relationships with suppliers, especially KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Manage internal teams and suppliers to ensure quality and timely execution of tasks.
Receive briefs, create proposals, and provide quotations.
Present project finance management proposals.

Candidate Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience in account marketing or similar positions.
Has direct team management experience (at least 1 year or more).
Good command of English.
Experience working in an agency environment, particularly with KOLs.
Experience in writing and presenting digital proposals, good negotiation and communication skills.
Have an aesthetic sense for images and a passion for creating emotional brand stories.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and third parties.
Ability to assess overall performance, manage, and train a team.
Able to handle high-pressure projects and take on challenging opportunities for learning and career advancement.
Ability to withstand target pressure and meet KPIs.
