About the position

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality, while also engaging with clients to understand their needs and translate them into user-friendly designs. 

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth integration of UI/UX elements.
• Partner with clients to understand business goals and translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, clients, and developers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.
• Maintain design consistency across products and platforms.

What You Come with

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to create responsive designs for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team player and an independent underground leader who is fearless to voice.
