2/ Key Responsibilities

· Strong marketing knowledge, capable of planning and collaborating with the Business Manager and Business Strategy & Operation Manager to execute strategies.

· Gather and analyze data to propose operational improvements.

· Coordinate and implement internal initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

· Track KPI metrics to measure and optimize business performance.

· Possess customer service knowledge to efficiently manage relationships with suppliers and clients.

3/Collaboration Responsibilities

· Support and connect with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflows.

· Work closely with Finance, HR, and Tech teams to optimize business operations.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related fields.

· Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or similar roles.

· Soft Skills: Understanding and strictly adhering to the company’s cultural values.
