Mô Tả Công Việc
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, stays abreast of industry trends, and possesses a strategic mindset. The Social Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with them.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into the social media strategy.
2. Content Creation:
- Generate creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
3. Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brand.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns to promote brand initiatives, product launches, and events.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
5. Social Listening:
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor online conversations and gather
insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for brand advocacy and influencer partnerships.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Have 2 years of verifiable experience in IT equipment, smart home or home security industry, Consumer Electronics and Retail channels working experience would be a plus
