ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Resolving technical issues for partners via Hotline, Online, and Onsite support.
- Be speaker for training courses, workshops and optimize the training process
- Following the product strategy and introducing new products or solutions to customers and other internal teams
- Collecting product issues and feedback to headquarter team.
- Communicating with customers for customization inquiry and process with RD together
- Testing new product to experience its functions, and provide feedback to team.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Have knowledge and manipulative ability of network and electronic
- Be conscientious on supporting corresponding sales and customers problem solving
- Good at internal and external coordination, sufficient experience on handling technical issue
- Good at English communication
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Ability to organize and prioritize task
- Fresh graduate students or 1-2 years of experience are preferred
