We are looking for candidates for the position of Full-time HSE Intern to join our Business Excellent team in HCM:

Responsibility:

- Collect data of QHSE (Quality, Health and safety, Environment) from other departments to make periodic reports

- Conduct monthly safety walks at warehouses, offices

- Support internal and external ISO (integrated 9001,14001,45001) audits

- Support department head to create mandatory HSE reports: medical, occupational safety and health, environment protection, fire protection…

- Collect data of CSR (Social report)

- Follow up device inspections at warehouses

- Create Supply chain security report for each high security shipments

- Handle administration tasks regarding to Vendor management

- Other tasks assigned by department head.

- 4th year undergraduate or freshman, major in Health and Safety, Environment, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) or similar

- Good command of English

- Can work under pressure

- Eager to learn, open-mindset, basic problem solving skills

- Hard working, willing to learn

- Can work at least 6 months full time from June 2024

- Working location: Bluesky Office Building, 01 Bach Dang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC

- Working time: 8:00am - 5:00m
