For this position, you are accountable for:
1. P&L for customs department as yearly budget from company strategy
2. Country multimodal products and gateways relevance and smooth operation
3. Responsible of clients KPIs & service quality
4. Restructuring of customs team in order to develop more new products and productive organization
5. Supervising all the operational performance of Customs team.
6. Department compliance (process, legal, etc.)
7. Escalation of claims• 5-7 years of experience in customs clearance - fashion and lifestyle are referred.
• Experience in working with Customs authority at ports / airports
• Experience with air freight, sea freight, trucking operation
• Background as 3PL is a plus
• Familiar with Cargo Wise 1 ( NextGen) is a plus
• Leadership skill, able to monitor, train, coach, measure the performance of the team
• Fluent spoke & written English
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skill
• Negotiation skill
• Analysis skill
• Quick minded
