Mô Tả Công Việc
1. To expand the market both local and overseas to fulfill factory capacity with focus on export B2B
2. To establish a sales volume for the company’s growth, to do marketing analysis, to establish Sales Plan and Sales Strategies.
3. To set up customers relations management system for a long term business relationship with the customers
4. To assist to establish the business direction and the company future business plan
5. Following up the sales volume to achieve Sales Plan target
6. To plan, to organize, to direct and to monitor all the Sales Dept Team to enhance Sales Team Performance
7. Formulate annual sales plan, sales budget/expenses and do Motivation Program to achieve Sales Target
8. To manage Sales Activity Monitoring System, CRM and Sales Dept operations and working process to increase efficiency such as customers call plan, sales reports, quotation feedback, sample feedback, complaints, etc.
9. To recruit and to train Sales or Sales/Marketing Executives covering product knowledge and other selling techniques, etc.
10. To follow up and analyze the updated data, market information, exhibition, industry news, competitor info, etc.
11. To coach and support Sales Team to build new key accounts and ensure customers satisfactions of the existing customers

REQUIREMENT:
1. Education: Master/Bachelor of Economic, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Finance
2. Work experience: At least 5 years in export B2B Sales & Marketing & 2 years in management position in Leather goods / Footwear, Garment & Textile industry
3. Foreign language:
- English: Fluently
- Working level on another foreign language such as Spanish, Japanse, Korean is a plus
4. Skills: communication & presentation; leadership & management; analysis; strategy thinking
REMUNERATION
- Total income: including basic salary (2,500 - 5,000 USD or higher) and attractive commission & bonuses according to individual sales volume contribution to the Company’s sales.
- Social insurance and health insurance in accordance with state regulations.
- Annual travel vaction according to the Company's polict.
- Young, dynamic and flexible working environment.
- Opportunities for training and advancement based on individual's ability to contribute to the development of the Company.
