Job Purpose

To ensure the continuous development and improvement of meat products, packaging, material and processed meat products by supervising research, evaluating formulas and processes, while ensuring quality standards and food safety.

Key Activity

• Coordinate with the Marketing/Sales department to conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify opportunities for new product development, formula improvements, and packaging design.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing products based on market feedback and research findings
• Oversee research and development projects for meat products, packaging, material from the ideation phase to product launch.
• Conduct formulation meat products, packaging, material trials and research new production processes at the factory, including OEM processing projects.
• Implement product quality declarations and issue standards for products, packaging, and raw materials, generate product codes.
• Establish and standardize production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust production parameters to optimize performance and minimize costs
• Apply new technologies and improve production methods to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Establish and standardize R&D processes for products, raw materials, and packaging to ensure effective and continuously valid operations

Job Requirements

• Graduated from college/university majoring in food, agricultural processing, biotechnology, or biomodification technology
• At least 3 years of experience as a QA, QC and at least 1 year in a similar position in the food manufacturing and processing industry. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of meat production and meat processing products.
