GS Engineering & Construction

• Lead and coordinate various architectural operations including concept design, Basic Design, Technical Design, quality assurance, production, and development of design criteria.
• Leading the architectural, landscape and interior design works for buildings and site.
• Establish, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and standards.
• Apply knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials.
• Carry-out site Planning of Villas, Townhouse and Condominiums
• Doing the concept drawing about the shape of villa, townhouse and luxury condominium building.
• Closely work with project development team to develop residential product implement project
• Manage a diverse team who creates, coordinates, and executes multiple projects.
• Communicate directly with project managers, production staff, and construction manager to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction.
• Making RFP for outsourcing the design works and control the working schedule for each designing stages (BD, TD and CD)
• Create and manage project time lines/schedules.
• Review of Final Drawings and Specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Getting approval of the relevant approval process such as Basic Design, Technical Design and construction permit.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s quality assurance policies and project delivery procedures.
