We're looking for the companionship of a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to oversee financing-accounting operations and develop comprehensive strategies to drive the growth and profitability of our Bank. The CFO will work and reside long-term in the assigned country in the SEA Region (outside of Vietnam) with fluent English skills and directly reporting to our Bank's CEO/Vice Chairman.

***Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Finance - Accountant Leadership
● Advise on mechanisms and policies of the Bank related to financial/ accountant management, optimizing financial resources, and building annual operation plans to ensure compliance with regulations of local/international policies related to the banking industry and our Bank's development strategies.
● Lead and manage a finance/ accountant team for day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient functioning of this department.
● Define key performance indicators for the company through analysis to drive business decisions and solutions to growth, costs, cash flow, and profitability…
● Leadership of company financing activities, including fundraising through debt and/or equity and management of stakeholder relationships, including shareholders, bankers, auditors, and tax advisors

2. Business Partner
● Act as a Business Partner and support BOD in business decisions.
● Proactively advise the CEO and Senior Executives on crucial business decisions through judgment, highlighting options, trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
● Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop short and long-term strategic plans and translate those plans into measurable financial objectives.

3. Operational Excellence
● Promote operational implementation within the entire division, both finance and accounting and provide solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the Division in particular and the links between the Division and other departments throughout the Bank.

4. Control and Risk Management
● Strong risk management approach, helping the company identify business risks and implementing appropriate responses to the same
● Ensure control and governance requirements are met.
● Serve as the vital compliance custodian, including Tax and Financial Regulatory requirements, and drive a best-in-class control environment.
