Job Description 
Collaborate with stakeholders, customer representatives, and real estate experts to understand and document business goals, needs, and limitations.
Validate proposed solutions against requirements to ensure alignment with project, organizational, and stakeholder needs.
Create and manage detailed user stories, use cases, and prototypes tailored to the real estate industry's specific requirements.
Collaborate with PM/PO to specify functional and non-functional system requirements and processes.
Interact with Scrum team to evaluate new functionalities and solutions.
Support the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones alongside project managers.
Lead thorough analysis and verification of requirements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to standards.
Serve as an internal point of contact for the Engineering team whenever requirements need to be clarified.

Our Requirements
Based in HCMC; 
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top-tier local or international university with good academic standing (Outstanding fresh graduate is welcome);
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English;
Highly effective cross-functional team management;
Experience with Jira and Scrum/Agile project management is a plus;
Experience as a BA, DA, PM in a tech product company is a plus;
Experience in building a product from scratch, or running a startup is a plus;
