About this role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing for HouseNow Vietnam, located in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Vietnam. We are looking for someone who loves tech products, even better if you are interested in Prop-tech and Real Estate.

1. Job Description:

• Synthesize business goals into achievable digital metrics to develop cross-channel digital marketing campaign strategies for both B2B and B2C clients
• Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution, engagement and response
• Lead and manage paid media strategy (social media, paid search engine, display, retargeting) for various channels to build brand awareness, generate sales and qualified leads
• Define, analyze and optimize on important metrics for paid media performance. Set goals, track, and present digital campaign reports ensure delivery and optimizations for maximum ROI
• Stay up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies. Brainstorm and collaborate with team on new ideas, tactics to bring the most effective ads to market
• Define and build segmented target audiences based on customer/user insight and data
• Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
• Trouble shoot and provide solutions for social media platforms as needed
• Research Facebook Groups for business support
• Other duties as assigned

2. Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with history of producing quantifiable results, including but not limited to demand generation, inbound marketing, digital advertising, social media, SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and reporting and analytics
• Hands-on experienced in popular tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush,...
• Analytical mindset, problem-solver, time management and organization skills
• Good knowledge and experience in property, technology industry is a plus
• Be a trustworthy and accountable team member

3. Benefits:

• Salary offer based on capability: From 15.000.000 to 20.000.000 VND
