About this role

HouseNow is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing growth campaigns designed to attract and keep users on our platform – specifically real estate agents, home buyers and sellers. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of digital or growth marketing experience who loves experimenting with new ideas and making decisions based on data. A strong interest in tech products is a must and passion for PropTech or real estate is a big plus!

1. Job Description:

• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on acquiring, activating, retaining, and monetizing app users (AARRR framework)
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, Zalo, etc
• Run and analyze A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, messaging, referral programs, and onboarding flows
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Content, and CS teams to optimize user journey and in-app conversion funnels
• Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention rate, conversion rate, ROAS, and report actionable insights
• Own and iterate on growth experiments — from hypothesis design to execution, data analysis, and scaling
• Drive organic growth initiatives such as ASO (App Store Optimization), SEO for landing pages, and user referrals
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker Studio) to inform data-driven decisions

1. Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital/Growth Marketing, preferably in: PropTech, FinTech, App-based platforms, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing Agencies
• Strong knowledge of growth marketing frameworks, especially AARRR and experiment-driven growth
• Proven track record of executing successful campaigns and achieving user growth KPIs
• Hands-on experience managing at least two core growth channels (e.g., Paid Ads + SEO or Ads + Referral)
• Proficient in using analytics tools and dashboards to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Experience working directly with mobile app products (iOS/Android)
• Growth mindset: test fast, learn fast, iterate fast
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
