- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by consulting and selling membership packages to new customers, customers who have temporarily paused their memberships; referrals, company marketing activities, and self-generated leads.

- Provide professional customer consultation services.

- Respond to and assist with customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through various online channels (hotline, social media, online registration).

- Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop and expand a new customer base and sales opportunities within the assigned region.

- Research and analyze the market on a quarterly basis. Maintain and analyze daily customer data, making monthly recommendations for improvements to management.

Customer Service

- Take ownership of providing an excellent customer experience by building long-term relationships with each customer and Hustle member.

- Create a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Support front desk and administrative tasks.

- Work morning or evening shifts 1-3 days a week, with the ability to work weekends and holidays to support events.

- Register new customer information and handle customer payments.

- 1-2 year experience with a clear career direction is preferred.

- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

- Proactive and goal-oriented, with a focus on measurable results.

- Strong English communication skills.

- Interest in the healthcare and physical fitness field.

- Base Salary: 7 - 9 million VND. Total Income: 15 - 20 million VND.
