General DescriptionThe Legal Staff is responsible for handling internal legal matters and supporting the implementation of the company’s new projects.

Project Legal Support:

Research, analyze, and provide legal advice while proposing risk prevention measures to assist the Board of Directors in minimizing risks during project implementation.
Draft, review, and verify contracts, documents, and legal dossiers related to the company’s project execution.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other departments to work with regulatory authorities and partners to complete the project’s legal documentation.
Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors, in line with the position and duties of the legal department.

Internal Legal Affairs:

Review and ensure the legality of documents and contracts issued or signed by the company with partners and clients; adjust contracts and internal regulations to comply with current laws.
Support other departments in resolving legal issues related to business operations.
Draft official letters, announcements, and correspondence to clients and government agencies.
Research and summarize legal regulations relevant to general business operations, particularly in the real estate sector.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in legal practice, with preference for candidates holding a lawyer’s license and/or experience working in law firms.
In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations, particularly Land Law, Investment Law, and Construction Law.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English communication and legal drafting.
Ability to work both in teams and independently.
Strong skills in drafting and analyzing legal documents.

Attitude:

Detail-oriented, meticulous, and honest
Proactive and able to work under pressure.
