• Develop, design, and implement mechanical solutions including but not limited to enclosures and mechanisms while managing constraints in space, time, cost, manufacturing, structural integrity, and thermal loads.
• Direct and coordinate mechanical engineering and manufacturing services as required.
• Develop project documentation including specifications, 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, schedules and presentations to capture and communicate the mechanical design to achieve the defined project goals.
• Participate in the development of automated robotic products
• Develop functional specifications, architecture, detailed designs, schematics, and PCBs.
• Create high reliability / high speed electronic designs for regulated industries
• In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and approval processes: UL, FCC, FDA, etc

• Altium Designer
• Solidworks Electrical 2020
• AutoCAD LT 2021
• Adobe Acrobat DC
• Visio Standard 2019
• FPGA/CPLD experience
• VHDL/Verilog (for position 1 only)
• Any medical device development experience is a plus
• Any robotics experience is a plus

Position 1: Digital Board Designer w/experience doing FPGA/CPLD development (schematic design using Altium, but also need to have experience programming the FGPA w either VHDL or Verilog

Position 2: Digital Board Designer- Experience w/schematic design, but this spot does NOT require FPGA/CPLD programming experience.

Position 3: Electrical Designer -This is someone to do panel design and system infrastructure (comms, power, cables, COTS, approvals, etc).

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering and minimum 5-10+ years of experience in electrical design for semiconductor equipment, precision motion, robotics or other similar functions is preferred; non-degreed candidates with the right experience will also be considered.
• Experience using electrical CAD software such as Altium or OrCAD; PCB design experience is a plus
• Work knowledge of semiconductor equipment PLM and engineering databases such as Agile is preferred
• Broad experience in electrical design preferred; must be willing and able to design, integrate, test and document multiple systems with initiative. A self-starter is required for the pace of the work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; along with the ability to learn quickly
