We are dedicated to creating a vibrant community for fitness enthusiasts and martial arts practitioners. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our club, drive daily sales, and ensure smooth operations across all departments.

**Job Description:**

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, including PunchKing Fitness, BreakRoom restaurant, and Martial Arts store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for sports and fitness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the daily operations of PunchKing Fitness, BreakRoom restaurant, and Martial Arts store.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction across all areas.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.

- Manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

- Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive membership and sales.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance.

- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote club events, programs, and services.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve club offerings.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry.

- Strong knowledge of sports, fitness, and martial arts is an advantage.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using management software and tools.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
