• Collaborate with the SE Manager to develop a comprehensive sales competency model outlining the required skills for various sales roles.
• Work with Sales Managers to design, structure, and implement sales curriculum and development programs.
• Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs across multiple formats (e.g., in-person, virtual, eLearning, videos, on-the-job support, and coaching tools).
• Lead sales capability and engagement initiatives as a coach, speaker, and facilitator.
• Partner with internal experts (product, marketing) and external vendors to achieve training objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Leads to address organizational learning needs.
• Support stakeholder management activities alongside the SE Manager.
• Manage knowledge reinforcement campaigns and social sharing sessions.
• Undertake additional tasks as required by the SM Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Education, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering sales training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales competency frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Proven track record in measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and content management systems.
• Experience in the digital industry is advantageous.

Salary: Up to 25M

• Working during office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday to Friday
