About The Job

As the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our organization, responsible for executing the strategic directives of the Manufacturing Head with precision and accountability. This role requires a strong leader with a manufacturing background, proven decision-making skills, and the ability to ensure seamless project execution within the plant. Your KPI will focus on the number and quality of projects implemented each month, driving operational efficiency and maintaining transparency across functions. You will act as a trusted executor of projects and enforce a culture of discipline and innovation aligned with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

1. Execute Leadership Directives: Implement the guidelines and strategies set forth by the Manufacturing Head with strict adherence to timelines and objectives.

2. Strategic Planning & Implementation: Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and execute key strategic initiatives across departments.

3. Project Management: Oversee and drive timely execution of manufacturing and operational projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.

4. Must Lead cross-functional teams Production, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing and Safety to enhance plant performance and optimize processes for improved efficiency and quality of Product.

5. Transparent Reporting: Provide clear and comprehensive updates to Manufacturing Head on project progress, risks, and resolutions.

6. Potential to Serve as a critical decision-maker for production and Quality challenges associated with 4M conditions, leveraging a strong understanding of manufacturing and business operations.

7. Communication & Alignment: Act as the executive's representative, ensuring cohesive communication with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

8. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide production, Quality, Maintenance and Manufacturing engineering teams as per Manufacturing Head guidelines to maintain a high-performance culture, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering innovation.

9. Change Management: Implement strategies to manage and adapt to organizational changes effectively while maintaining operational continuity.

10. Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential risks in project execution and decision-making processes to safeguard company objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experience: 10-15 years in manufacturing operational leadership, or similar roles with a strong track record of successful project execution at least 8 Years of experience as a Manager in a similar automotive sector (Born from 1980 to 1990).

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) or an MBA, prefer overseas study. 

• Manufacturing Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, quality management, and plant management.

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

• Transparency & Integrity: Strong commitment to maintaining transparency and upholding ethical standards in decision-making and reporting.

• Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the leadership team.

• KPI-Focused: Demonstrated ability to drive and achieve key performance indicators related to project implementation and operational targets.
