- Plan and organize the duties of the hotel front desk department.
- Arrange work schedule for department staff.
- Monitor the lobby area on a daily basis, ensuring that the staff in the department are working to the required standards.
- Monitor the implementation of check-in, check-out procedures and revenue management.
- Check and ensure that all services from the time of booking to the time of guests leaving the hotel are carried out according to the correct procedures.
- Receive handover from previous shift: master key, fund key, room unlocker, front desk diary to continue performing unfinished work.
- Arrange enough staff to be on duty during the mid-shift meal time so as not to affect the reception and service activities
- Directly provide professional training for new employees according to hotel standards
- Receive information about special requests, customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to meet and solve satisfactorily for customers.
- Proactively solve problems occurring in the hotel in accordance with hotel standards
