- Compensation administration and delivery for local staff (payroll, insurance, performance bonus, salary review, benefit programs, contract administration...).
+ To coordinate with PIC at the respective schools to prepare and process the relevant reports for payroll including attendance reports, leave record
+ To implement and maintain proper and timely reporting systems/ procedures with the Compulsory Insurance for staff.
+ To process claim for insurance reimbursement for staff (sickness, maternity …)
+ To monitor staff employment milestones to process contract paperwork for staff confirmation/non-confirmation, contract renewal.
+ To process claim for staff benefit (Birth of baby, marriage, hospitalization….)
+ To respond to staff’s queries on payroll and other contractual benefits.
- Process of Resignation/Termination of Employment.
- Database system, Employee profiles maintenance.
- Staff Performance Appraisal Program: To coordinate and organize the annual staff performance appraisal program.
- Participate in the process of Manpower Planning and Budgeting
