Brief summary of job profile: This position is responsible for controlling and managing the quality of our products and services following the company requirements & standards, managing suppliers through regular visits to ensure all the standards are met, bringing high levels of customer satisfaction and experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Understand and implement the company regulations, policies, and procedures related to FSQ standards. Create, review, and update specification documents if needed.
• Perform a key role in supplier visits to evaluate their performance and make reports on non-conformities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions following Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) plan.
• Be responsible for regulatory reviews and inspections from authorized bodies.
• Collect, analyze and report FSQ data; create checklists to measure FSQ impacts on the changes in materials, packaging, processes, products, etc., and identify rooms for improvement
• Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders on newest FSQ standards and procedures
• Control documents for FSQ-related matters
• Maintain FSQ-related records by conducting document management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduate from Food-related majors
• At least 03 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the FnB/ FMCG industry
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISSO 22000, FSSC 22000)
• Experience in risk management methodologies, quality control testing, and action plans.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical skills, multitasking skills.
• Fluent English
