Responsibilities:
- Sample Management: Oversee the sampling process, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to design specifications.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Research and identify potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish strong relationships with vendors.
- Costing & Production Planning: Develop detailed cost breakdowns, manage production budgets, and create timelines for sample development and bulk production.
- Communication & Order Management: Clearly communicate order details and specifications to suppliers and production units. Track order progress, manage any issues, and ensure quality meets buyer standards.
- Production Monitoring: Track production progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive measures to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Work with suppliers to ensure garments meet all quality standards and specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production progress, costs, and any potential issues.
Qualifications:
- 1 ~18 years of experience in garment merchandising or a related field.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and trims.
- Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Experience in Garment is a plus.
