We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. If you have experience in customs processes, export documentation, and a passion for ensuring seamless international shipments, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customs authorities to declare and submit customs clearance for export shipments.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin (C/O), and customs declarations for export goods shipments.
• Coordinate with customs officials at Ho Chi Minh City port to facilitate container loading.
• Liaise with embassies and relevant departments to complete and authenticate required documents.
• Monitor and ensure smooth customs clearance processes for export shipments.
• Review and manage export documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collect and verify customs documents before submission to the Accounting team.
• Work closely with team members to execute tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Oversee and resolve other export-related issues as they arise.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience in export documentation, customs clearance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, particularly at Ho Chi Minh City port.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customs authorities, and external partners.
• Proficiency in preparing Health Certificates, C/O applications, and customs declarations.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
