Scope :

These responsibilities mainly include but are not limited to, receiving Baseball Gloves forecast information,
well in advance preparation forecast analysis, communicating with Buyers and vendors to deal with our co-workers sharing forecast information,
co-workers sharing forecast information,over capacity, orders and delivery management.
Attending Sales Meetings and/or business trips to manufacturers to feed back the market and
production information for utilizing into forecast analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities :

●Inspection support
・Shipment inspection and support for factory-produced products.
・New product initial inspection and support.
・Contact MT Haga with inspection information and concerns

●Production management operations
・Based on the production plan and shipping schedule, contact and instruct the QC staff
on the inspection schedule.
・ Monitor on production status/production plan.
・ Organize/understand daily product output report by each factory.

●Translation Services
・Translation of sample instructions, specifications, etc. into English (Chinese)

●Others
・Obtain inspection sheets and inspection records from OEM factory in advance and contact MT Haga
・Support services such as hotel reservations, car arrangements, and office equipment procurement for business travelers.
