JOB SUMMARY
A Production Shift Supervisor will oversee the factory operations & all workers during scheduled shifts, critically ensuring Health and Safety protocol, production procedures, minimizing potential risks in the production process, ensuring all aspects of the working shift run smoothly, effectively & following requirements & plans.
DETAILS
Production downtime --- Reduce 5% of Production downtime from 39% to 34%
- Reduce changeover & setup time.
- Reduce Planned downtime
People productivity (LPMH) ------ Improve 3% from 325 to 335
- Develop standard procedures to optimize workflow.
- Prepare reports concerning downtime, equipment repairs, and delays.
- Execution 5S kaizen, Kaizen in the production process.
Safety --- - Zero accident, eliminate high risk tasks, reduce 10% hazardous waste consumption
- Maintain Safe working environment through: Coaching unsafe behavior and improve unsafe condition/observation
- Be a Member of H&S Risk assessment to control H&S risk in shopfloor operation.
- Leader of waste stream improvement in shopfloor

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate with major in chemistry or industrial management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing company as a production shift supervisor
• Experience working in production, drive the changes, 5S & Kaizen experience & knowledge
• LEAN experience is advantage
• Good mindset on HSE, willing to change, improve/ optimize production efficiency
• Good mindset on Quality control
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
- English skill: Intermediate level
- Communication skill
- Problem solving skill
- Be willing to work in scheduled shifts
