This opportunity is part of a high-impact greenfield project for a Tier-1 financial institution, focused on next-generation blockchain settlement and tokenization systems.

• Full-time 6-month contract
• Initial on-site in Hanoi, flexible hours; possible hybrid/remote later
• Client: Large enterprise (Singapore)
• Interview: 2–3 rounds
• Salary up to 70M VND/month (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core Solidity smart contracts for high-value financial use cases
• Architect secure and scalable smart contract systems for settlement, payments, and tokenization
• Build and maintain interoperability between traditional enterprise systems and blockchain networks
• Ensure security-first development, including vulnerability mitigation and audit readiness
• Optimize gas efficiency and performance for EVM-based protocols
• Participate in technical design discussions, contributing to long-term protocol architecture
• Work closely with international stakeholders using English in daily communication

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience, with strong focus on Solidity & EVM
• Deep understanding of EVM internals, gas mechanics, and transaction lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with enterprise blockchain stacks (e.g. Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, Geth, Layer 2 solutions)
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including:
• Cryptography (hashing, signatures)
• Merkle Trees
• Algorithm complexity
• Fluent technical English (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently on high-stakes, complex smart contract systems
