Mô tả Công việc
- Client Development: Identify and engage new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients in the food industry. Focus on B2B sales in sectors like dairy, meat processing, beverages, and instant noodles.
- Product Presentation & Sales: Present, promote, and sell food ingredients such as starches, antioxidants, cheese powders, flavors, fruit powders, and proteins to meet client needs. Ensure comprehensive knowledge of product applications and alternatives.
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by developing strategic sales plans, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding market share. Assist clients with product innovation and new solutions.
- Client Support & Technical Assistance: Provide ongoing technical support to customers, addressing any issues such as product discrepancies or shipment delays, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve problems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly sales reports, market updates, and sales forecasts. Share market and product information with the team to contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Payment & Collections: Assist the finance team by monitoring payments, following up on outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely collections from clients.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, client events, and supplier meetings to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 1 year in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.
