UrBox is a digital gifting and loyalty platform that assists businesses in integrating their reward or loyalty programs with a growing network of 600+ national and international gift suppliers and merchants. Our comprehensive solution caters to 1000+ corporate clients’ gifting and loyalty requirements.

Scope of work:

• Search, engage and expand the merchant base which has Affiliate Selling Program & Exclusive Offers to Corporate Employee User Segment.
• Acquire decent merchant for Product - Business Model & specific requirements from Strategic Corporate Clients/ Partners. Further more, Negotiate commercial terms & promotion deals with Merchants to get the best deal to UrBox End-users.
• Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with internal teams
• Manage effort & workload to ensure the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual KPI from Team Lead
• Monitor and analyze metrics in order to help merchants optimize and enhance the program performance;
• Complete other tasks assigned by Team Lead and Head.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in related fields
• Experience: At least 2 years of related experience, with a background in Partnership or Business Development. Knowledge in Marketing & Ecommerce is advantageous.
• Qualities: Integrity, dynamism, entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, hard work, and fast learning. Build a wide network in retail sectors such as FMCG, Electronics, Supermarkets, Cosmetics, Fashion-Lifestyle, and Home & Living.
• High-level negotiation skills, Successful management of internal and external relationships.
• Strong Relationship Management & Business analysis skills.
• Passionate about the social impact and contributing to the emerging & potential markets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks under high pressure to archive the OKRs from company.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, always following new ideas/ posibilities.
