1. Update fashion trends and design
1.1 Plan, guide, monitor and approve seasons trend boards (Spring-Summer, Autumn-Winter, cross seasons)
1.2 Find and update materials suppliers in accordance with trends
1.3 Arrange showrooms according to the approved trend board: Organize and supervise the selection of available products or plan to produce samples according to trends
1.4 Organize and supervise the preparation of presentation materials in accordance with the ideas of customers of each sales team or directly participate with Sales Manager in meetings with customers to introduce the design if required
- Organize and supervise the drawing of idea design, adjust drawings according to customer's requirements
- Organize, supervise detailed design, Design Specification Sheet and adjust according to customer's requirements
- Organize and supervise the designing and repairing of sample products
- Organize and supervise the products displayed at HPO
