• Develop Integrated risk management framework as well as policy which in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Develop guideline and tools to analyze as well as support risk management framework in all aspect including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk as well as operational risk management.
• Study, analyze and evaluate the risk in credit process as well as in operation and able to apply market practice under the bank’s risk management framework and under appropriate risk appetite which align with regulation and policy announced by regulator.
• Support risk owner to design prudent process in business operation as well as identify and develop key risk indicators to control the risk and maintain efficiency in process.
• Monitor the change in regulations or other related circumstance which will impact the internal and external risk management framework of the bank and report to the executives as well as related parties.
• Analyze and provide recommendations on risk report to supervisor
• Perform the common tasks and other related assignments requested by supervisor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• Previous Operational Risk experience, preferably in a financial services environment. Previous experience of Private Banking/Wealth Management advantageous).
• Sound analytical capabilities, proven problem-solving skills and judgment skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
• Capacity of building strong relationships with colleagues, bringing a positive and constructive mind and team spirit
• Persuasive, capable of managing and work in a team and profoundly skilled in planning and organizing.
• Possess logical thinking, problem-solving skills & judgment skills, energetic & self-motivated, a fast learner with very good communication skill.
