Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement. Manage training schedules, coordinate class starts at multiple locations, and manage training equipment and materials. Design and prepare educational aids and materials. Oversee technical training implementation. Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training and how it affects KPIs. Partner with Brand Managers, Category Managers and other stakeholder regarding instructional design. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings.At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability. Thorough understanding of training processes. Ability to moderate large groups. Extremely organized and detail oriented.
