Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy scalable systems designed to process large datasets efficiently.
• Develop well-structured databases that fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while ensuring continuous improvement through refactoring.
• Oversee application performance and promptly address any system-related issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers to support their growth and enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in backend development.
• At least 4 years of experience in Golang, with practical, hands-on experience.
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
• Extensive expertise in working with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Proven ability to design and manage complex system architectures with seamless API integrations.
• Expertise in monitoring and optimizing application performance.
• Solid experience in automation testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Comprehensive understanding of web security standards and practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership over projects and deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and hands-on experience with AWS.
• Demonstrated experience managing production environments for large-scale systems.
• Experience with frontend development using TypeScript and frameworks such as ReactJS or VueJS.
