Role Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Korean customers.
• Promote the company’s products and services (industrial and medical gases).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5), capable of working directly with Korean clients; proficient in English for internal communication and reporting
• Experienced in B2B sales
• Strong understanding of Korean business culture, with the ability to adapt to professional norms and expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing and able to travel frequently to factory sites and industrial zones as needed
• Self-motivated and independent, while also being a reliable team player
• Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
