The Market Research Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing trends in the employment market, with the aim of identifying potential clients who can benefit from our outsourcing services. This position involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing data, and engaging in targeted outreach to prospective clients via email.
Key Responsibilities:
*** Market Research and Data Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on the employment market.
- Identify potential clients, competitors and market segments that could benefit from outsourcing resources.
- Analyze, input collected data to system.
- Compile and maintain a database of prospective clients.
*** Outreach:
- Implement email marketing campaigns to reach potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our outsourcing services.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Managers on progress and outcomes.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and email marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
