** Duties and Responsibilities:
• Weekly random inspection of OIA inner box, carton, tissue, accessories at suppliers by inspection process and product quality policy to make sure that suppliers are keeping follow up OIA SCM quality control procedure. Giving any improved suggestion and follow up the improvement from suppliers.
• Qualify new product quality in both sample production and mass production.
• In charge of quality concerning to any shipments delivered to footwear factory and warehouse as well.
• Go to factories to inspect physical defective goods to make decision to accept the claim or not and send claim form to OIA's related team to process of claim and compensation.
• Annual inspect and complete the SHAPE Audit Suppliers Form.

• Well understand packaging's knowledge both Flexo and Litho printing technology
• Understand about manufacturing planning, production process, quality control, lab testing, warehouse management, inventory management, transportation, and supplier operations
• Good English, good communication and problem-solving skills. Verbal communication and listening skills are especially important.
• Persuasive, able to handle conflict and pressure.
• Responsiveness. Follow up promptly, meet changing needs, solve problems, answer questions, return calls.
• Quality oriented.
• Report making skill.
• Teamwork

** Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Printing technology or related aspects.
• Computer skills: Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Outlook.
• At least 3 years of experience in packaging QA, paper packaging is priority.

** Physical Requirements:
• Travel Domestic and abroad (if required)
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
