ACCOUTANT

Receivable:

1.1. Reconcile daily revenue between iPOS and Minvoice;

1.2. Issue invoices and send them to customers (VAT Invoice Output Check & Sign & Send);

1.3. Record revenue in the accounting system;

1.4. DSR (Daily Sale Report) supports to solve the issue when reporting FALSE;

1.5. Verify the accuracy of the Cashier Report;

1.6. Void/ Discount/ Entertainment report;

1.7. Payoo service Commission Check;

1.8. Responsible for intercom and reconciling intercom.

1.9. Record receipt in the system (Bank, Cash,…);

1.10. Prepare documentaries of Loan,… to submit SBV;

1.11. Check delivery goods of kitchen and bar, collect good receipts and invoices, key good receipts in the system;

1.12. Do monthly closing;

1.13. Record new fixed assets in the system.

Payable:

1.1. Book input invoices in the system;

1.2. Book payments in the bank and cash in the system;

1.3. Reconcile the balance in bank and cash;

1.4. Book good issues in the system;

1.5. Do monthly closing;

1.6. Prepare AP list;

1.7. Accrue exps and cost;

1.8. Collect documents and provide them to outsourcing;

2. PURCHASING (30%):

2.1. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality;

2.2. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions;

2.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods;

2.4. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms;

2.5. Conduct regular supplier evaluations to assess performance and address any issues proactively;

2.6. Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory;

2.7. Coordinate with Department Heads to understand inventory needs and preferences;

2.8. Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and optimize storage space;

2.9. Ensure that all purchased goods meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements;

2.10. Conduct quality checks on incoming deliveries and handle any discrepancies or issues;

2.11. Work with suppliers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed;

2.12. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications;

2.13. Other ad-hoc purchasing-related duties and responsibilities assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

At least College Degree in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain Management, related field with minimum 2 years of working experience.

• Experience with accounting systems, especially FAST;
• Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standards, tax, legislation, and common procedures.
