Mô Tả Công Việc
• Get Ocean freight from carriers & update rate to Sales/OP.
• Compile and send weekly sales reports.
• Get updated Rate sheet and send to HO.
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews as needed.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating newcomer information.
• Maintain the personnel data system, including creating and modifying accounts.
• Handle applications on the OA system, including approving/rejecting, calculating monthly attendance, and managing annual leave balances and public holidays.
• Prepare and distribute monthly working reports to the Head Office.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, stationary, and pantry items.
• Manage office access, parking arrangements, and other general office matters.
• Coordinate yearly health checkups for employees.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment failures, coordinate repairs, and maintain inventory.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Assist in organizing company events.
• Provide support to other departments and perform additional tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Colleague or University in Business administration or other related major.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluently in English & Chinese (as priority)
• Good planning, time management skill
• Strong organizational skills with ability to do multi-tasks and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Age: 22-35
