Overall Job Purpose:
Managing and supporting on company applications and relating software system
Provide IT support to end-users. Troubleshoot problems, configure and maintain all applications in PTMG. The IT Officer-Application will also engage with business users to understand their needs, analyse requirements, and deliver solutions to help grow business.
Support end-users on hardware relate matter such as computer, network, printer issues, …
• Application Management: Actively participate in implementation, optimization and development of ERP/DMS and related software systems; Maintain, develop and enhance the efficiency of the system, by providing fix, new tools, and end-users training to meet company needs; Database Server administration and management; Manage IT Change Request, implement an approved Change request
• Gather and analyze user requirements, design, modify and maintain applications to meet business demands.
• Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals.
• Join Disaster Recovery Process.
• Offer basic technical support to company staff computer, printer, network problems. Manage IT equipment.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• End user training on IT policies/standards and procedures.
Project Implementation/Management
Implement project as assigned

● Work within the Shuttlerock IT Team to help manage, maintain endpoint hardware and data across a number of global offices and remote locations.
● Research new technologies, assess possible solutions and evaluate systems prior to implementation
● Carry out some of the BAU system administration and support tasks required to manage aglobal workforce.
● Ensure all IT systems and staff are compliant with security requirements as outlined in the Shuttlerock IT Policies
● Increase IT security awareness
